CONSULTATION

Your journey will begin with a consultation giving you the opportunity to discuss your goals, requirements and current health conditions.

WEIGH-IN & BODY COMPOSITION

Body measurments and weight will be taken for monthly progress tracking. 

JOURNEY TO TRANSFORMATION

You will then be ready to begin your personalised fitness programme and start your journey to a more confident, healthy and powerful lifestyle.
